Please note:
- Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and must be paid at source in addition to the registration fee
- Registration will only be finalized upon receipt of the full payment by the congress secretariat by the indicated deadline
- An email confirmation will be sent upon receipt of the required fees
- A payment receipt will be issued in the name of the registered person indicated at the time of online registration and sent by email

Cancellation policy
Requests for cancellation must be sent by e-mail to registration@ibbycongress2024.org
The registration fee will be refunded as follows:
- Cancellations received within April 31st, 2024:
full refund, less € 30,00 for bank and organizational charges - Cancellations received between May 1st and July 15th, 2024:
25% will be refunded, less € 30,00 for bank and organizational charges - Cancellations received from July 15th, 2024:
no refund foreseen
